Fabulous India...

As we grow older, we develop a comfort zone in our wardrobe as well. You might find yourself going for the same type of clothes everyday the minute you open your closet.

And right now a lot of you are thinking T-shirt+Denim. Well, for me it happens to be the kurti+leggings/patiyala+dupatta(optional) combination. Its very clumsy for a lot of people but I find it to be very comfortable specially if I have to wear the entire day. I find it very difficult to wear denims in this hot & humid weather. Plus I love to dress it up in Indian accessories.

Well, that said, here are some shots of me wearing my favorite type of clothes on a usual work day...

Kurti - Tailored, Leggings - Shoppers Stop, Duppatta - Lucknow/U.P, Bag - FabIndia, Bangles - Thrifted, Watch - Guess, Necklace - Mango, Flat Sandals - Colaba/Mumbai

So my comfort zone is Fabulously Indian. What is your favorite type of clothing?

  1. That looks fabulously comfortable. In the US, it's always business attire - slacks, shoes, shirt. It would be nice to have another acceptable option here.
